Virtue: A good quality possessed by someone.

  1. Patience
  2. An entrepreneur needs a lot of patience. Without patience, he will simply give up the task at hand or get frustrated easily. Most of the times, sales come slow, bureaucracies are difficult to handle and many times things do not move for a reason or other. Entrepreneur needs to have a lot of patience to handle the obstructions

  3. Perseverance
  4. Things are normally difficult for an entrepreneur. Since he is starting out, he may be without huge money to spend for his venture. He need to persevere in difficult time with enough strength to go through it.

  5. Networking
  6. The fuel of entrepreneurship. Networking helps him make new partners, customers and suppliers. He is always looking to expand his network and meet as much as new people and groups as possible.

  7. Problem solving
  8. It is one of the most vital quality of an entrepreneur. He needs to be a quick thinker and a problem solver. The problems will come in various variety and at various times while starting or running a venture. He is able to solve these problems by quick thinking

Passion can also be a great virtue. This is the one that sustains the perseverance and all other disciplines. Entrepreneurship is really hard. Without this, we will all end up quitting.
