I absolutely agree with this. Great video.
I agree and disagree with the video. I agree that MOST meetings are a waste of time and a distraction, but some meetings are a must.
The key is to make the meeting short and to get right to the point. That keeps people awake and it’s 10 times more effective than having a 2 hour meeting talking about nothing.

I agree with you that sometimes meetings are must . However I have observed that meetings these days become more of a show off( as in how many and who are attending). If it is short and sweet, no problem :)

Excellent video. Ashvini, I also don’t like these meetings. One of the reasons for the same is that I tend to get sleepy in these meetings :P
Sleepy is one of the problem. There are bigger ones such as distraction, more meetings and wastage of time. I wish there are less meetings
