Living life without checkboxes

We have been taught by society and traditions to live life according to a set pattern. It is easy to live like that because there are fewer risks involved and fewer things to lose.

I call it living with checkboxes. They are finite and you can check them all.

Living without checkboxes or as if there are so many checkboxes that you can never tick all is better.
Living without checkboxes expands your horizon. You are never settled, never set. If you check one box, another one comes up. More the checkboxes you tick, the more you get knowledge and wisdom.

Now look around and make a list of all things you want to do. Once you finish them, prepare another. Life is a never ending fun when you live like this.

Agreed buddy. You cannot accomplish everything in a single day. Even if you try your best, still you cannot make it happen. For me, it is all about knowing what I actually can do. Once I know it, it makes my task a lot easier.

Ashwini, my husband enjoys taking risks and living on the edge and expanding horizons….guess some of it has rubbed in… I am learning, though honestly I prefer a settled predictable life.

At least you know it and acknowledge it. Also you are making effort to do something else. I would name your blogging as one of it, which is great.
