Great list Ashvini….I am really very happy to read this. I can know a lot of things from this post mostly new things which I never found from any other source. The best point to me –
Think of ways of converting your hobby to business
I think I should work on this seriously…

Hi Aswani
Glad that you could find something from the list for yourself. It took me more than three days to complete the whole list. I hope you can follow your dreams and set up goal for converting your hobby to business
Very impressive list, Ashvini. What’s also impressive is how many topics you have covered in your blog. This would be a great blueprint for topics for you in the coming year.
My favorite one is to celebrate employees’ birthdays. It’s a sensible way to help employees feel valued.
Well done, Ashvini.

Hi Carolyn ,
).
Thanks for your appreciation. It was really tough writing this thing .
Celebrating employee’s personal achievements and events goes a long way in motivating them. They feel related and appreciated. I have learned it in from one of the companies I worked at. It really was fun to have birthdays over there (except for the kicks on the bum
Have a great day
Hi Ashvini,
This is a terrific list, and not just because you’ve included my blog on it.
This list is probably a great roadmap for your blogging this year.
A number of these need to be on my list as well. I’m already implementing #18 — I signed up to learn how to code (codeyear.com). Not because I necessary want to become a coder, but I want to understand how to do it and be able to talk the talk (at least a little).
Daria Steigman’s latest article :“Just Because” is a Stupid Way to Run a Business
Hi Daria,
Your blog definitely has its own special place here at my blog. Infact it is a source of more ideas for me.
I congratulate you on start of your journey towards coding. In my opinion software coding and design is a very complex and challenging task. But you are going to have a lot of fun doing that.
Have a great day and enjoy your journey towards coding
