Every organization has employees who are a combination of following characterstics
- S- Speak a lot ( communicate well)
- W- Work a lot,( excel at work)
- DS – Don’t speak a lot ( do their work quietly)
- DW- Don’t work a lot( poor performers)
The right hand side is the most desirable workforce. The top right more than all other three.
The organization’s focus should be no doubt on S,W but DS, W could also perform equally good .

Very interesting Ashvini. I am seeing it for the very first time and if you asking me, I fit in this category – DSW and W. Still then, it isn’t making much difference. The more one works the less it seems to those seated on the top. Honestly, we have reduced ourselves to human machines. The worst thing I see is the growing favoritism for those who work less and still make hefty salaries….I guess it is a part of office politics..!
every society has all these kind of people so its not a surprise every organisation have them too:)
Hi Karan,
Yeah they are everywhere :). Its for organizations to separate wheat from chaff. Don’t you agree ?
